Processing Policy/Data Protection

As our customer, newsletter subscriber or website visitor, you entrust us with your personal data. We are responsible for its protection and security. Please consult the general data protection regulation and principles and rights related thereto in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (hereinafter “GDPR”) and Act No. 110/2019 Sb., as amended, on the processing of personal data.

Who Is the Data Controller?

The data controller is PERFECT CANTEEN s.r.o., with its registered office at Pražská 673, Miřetice u Klášterce nad Ohří, 431 51 Klášterec nad Ohří, Company ID No.: 090 50 329, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, File No. 335233 (hereinafter “Data Controller”). We process your personal data as a Data Controller, i.e. we determine how the personal data will be processed, for what purpose and for how long, and we also select any other processors to assist us with the data processing.

Data Controller’s Declaration

As the Data Controller of your personal data, we comply with all legal obligations required by the applicable legislation, in particular, the Personal Data Processing Act and the GDPR, and we will therefore only process your personal data on a valid legal basis, in particular, on the basis of a legitimate interest, when performing under an agreement, when required by legal regulations or when given your consent. We comply with the obligation under Article 13 of the GDPR, we provide you with information on data processing before personal data is processed and we enable and encourage you to exercise your rights under the Personal Data Processing Act and the GDPR.

Scope of Personal Data and Processing Purposes

We process the personal data listed below for the following purposes:

1. sending marketing communications

   • we process your personal data in the categories of identification and contact data;
   • your address – for sending marketing offers and samples of the Data Controller’s products;
   • your name, surname, gender (deduced from the surname), email address;
   • the purpose of processing is to send marketing communications with offers of the Data Controller’s services;
   • the processing is carried out as follows:
     a) on the basis of the data subject’s consent to the processing of his or her personal data (Article 6(1a) of the GDPR); you can withdraw your consent at any time by clicking on the “Unsubscribe” button in the footer of the email with an offer or by sending an email to marketing@perfectcanteen.cz. The personal data is processed until the consent is withdrawn, but for no longer than five years from the date of the consent being granted;
     b) if you are our customer, on the basis of legitimate interest (Article 6(1f) of the GDPR), because we reasonably expect you to be interested in our news, for a period of 3 years from the last order.

2. advanced marketing

   • we process your personal data in the categories of identification, contact and electronic data;
   • we process your name, surname, gender (deduced from the surname), email address and data from cookies (see below); this personal data may be associated with the name of the company where you work or which you represent, if said company is to be contacted primarily using this data;
   • the purpose of processing personal data is to be able to send inspirational offers of third parties or to use the email address for e.g., remarketing and targeted advertising on Facebook, Instagram and other social networks and Google services;
   • the processing is performed on the basis of the data subject’s consent to the processing of his or her personal data (Article 6(1a) of the GDPR); you can withdraw your consent at any time by clicking on the “Unsubscribe” button in the footer of the email with an offer or by sending an email to marketing@perfectcanteen.cz;
   • the personal data is processed until the consent is withdrawn, but for no longer than five years from the date of granting the consent.

Cookies

When you browse our website, we record your IP address, how long you stay on the site and which website you came from. We view using necessary cookies as a legitimate interest of the Data Controller. Using other cookies, for example, to measure website traffic or customise website layout, is based on your consent. We believe that they allow us to offer you an even better service. Targeted-advertising cookies are only processed on the basis of your consent. You can also browse our website using a browsing mode that does not allow personal data collection. You can disable the use of cookies on your computer. In relation to the above, we process your electronic data, i.e. data generated in connection with your visit to our website at www.perfectcanteen.cz, e.g. your device’s IP/Mac address, cookies and device location.

Protection and Security of Personal Data

We protect the personal data to the maximum extent possible using modern technologies that are state-of-the-art. We protect it as if it were our own. We adopted and maintain all possible (currently known) technical and organisational measures to prevent the misuse, damage or destruction of your personal data.

Transfer of Personal Data to Third Parties

Our employees, associates and tax and legal advisors can access your personal data. To ensure specific processing activities we cannot provide ourselves, we use the services and applications of processors who can protect your personal data on the same level as we do and specialise in such data processing. When using your personal data, we ensure compliance with all the conditions set out in Article 28 et seq. of the GDPR.

• Any other potential providers of processing software, services and applications not currently used by the Data Controller.

Transfer of Personal Data to Third Countries

We only process personal data within the EU or in countries that provide an adequate level of protection, as determined by the European Commission.

Your Rights Under the Personal Data Protection Act:

• the right to withdraw consent at any time;
• the right to request information on what personal data we process;
• the right to information explaining the processing of personal data;
• the right to access the personal data and right to rectify (update or correct) the data;
• the right to erasure of your personal data;
• if you are unsure about compliance with the obligations related to personal data processing, you have the right to contact us or the Office for Personal Data Protection.
